A. The shade and finish of ceramic tiles will vary from batch to batch, due to the production process. The images used on this site may not clearly show the surface or fine detail of all tiles and bathroomware. And of course, between the photography and the inaccuracy of computer screens, colours will not be seen perfectly. The best option is to complete your selection here on the website, and then visit a Beaumont Tiles showroom to inspect the tiles and make a final decision.

Q. How will my tiles be delivered?

A. Beaumont Tiles will deliver your tiles to your nominated address in metropolitan areas. For country areas we will deliver, at no charge to your nominated carrier. Or you may collect your tiles from one of our distribution houses.

Q. When will my tiles be delivered?

A. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date. Generally, delivery will be within two working days of the purchase date. Special orders may take up to two weeks.

Q. What will delivery Cost?

A. Delivery in metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide are free for online orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 are available for collection, or for a $30.00 delivery fee. Country deliveries are free to your nominated carrier in these metro areas.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. You can pay for your tiles by credit or debit card, direct deposit, or cheque/money order.

Q. How secure/safe is this website for credit transactions?

A. Beaumont Tiles online shopping incorporates secure credit card payment processing for shopping cart orders in real time.

Q. Can I return my tiles?

A. If you change your mind about anything you buy within a week of ordering, we will cheerfully refund the sale, no questions asked. If you have taken delivery, the goods will need to be returned to our warehouse within 7 days and be undamaged and saleable for a credit to be issued. We will exchange any unsatisfactory goods, but regret that we can not accept returns on excess purchases.
